Serious Toys is a spin out of Royal Philips Electronics. It transferred to the PTV III fund of Prime Technology Ventures (www.ptv.com) on October 10th 2008. Serious Toys is managed by Roelant Hietbrink and Willem Fontijn and resides at Kooikersweg 2 in 's Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
